Steam disconnecting the social/friends tab?

I've been experiencing this for some weeks now, and i noticed it especially while playing Destiny 2 because you get a message when you disconnect.
Basically every now and then i get disconnected from the social section (when you press shift + tab to bring up the steam overlay) and i have to open my friend list and manually reconnect, is there any way to fix this?

Either something cause the interference, packet loss problem, or you don't have the greatest connection to their server, or unless app itself is the problem, checking if anyone related problems is good idea, or go in deeping yourself to finding out why.

Can try one of these things, no guarantee will resolve issue.

- Ensure your 3rd party softwares that either scans, or hooks into other apps are not interfering with Steam.

- Clear your cache, and cookies. Top left on client, click on "steam" Click on "Settings" click on "web broswer", also delete download cache that's under "Download". Then restart client.

- If you're using VPN, or custom private DNS services may cause these problems.

- Try opt in, or out of Steam beta, top left corner, click on Steam > settings > account > click on button change, and either opt in, or out of beta.

- Reinstalling Steam, to keep games, and screenshots, head to where you install Steam, move these two folders, "Steamapp" and "Userdata" move these two folders outside the Steam folder, once done that, uninstall Steam, ensure Steam folders gone, if not delete it, then reinstall Steam, run it to download client, don't login just exit out of Steam, move back the "Steamapp" and "Userdata" folder back into Steam folder, if ask if want to replace click yes, and now launch Steam, and test to see if issue resolved.
