Msi Gv62 8re after 1year of use help?

I had 2 bluescreens, 2 shut offs which happen recently while gaming.
I noitce my temps gotten to 95 while plug in and gaming (short battery life) and while on YouTube/discord my temps have been im the 50c range.
This worrys me, since i don't wanna risk shorting parts lifespan.

Also i notice that the right of side of laptop near key bored is abit nosie and if i put my face near keyboard it sounds like there is a humming sound. (Which is normal...?)

I haven't used msi after burner yet either.
Any advice or tips or soultions for a newer to the prime race gameing?

Even if a device is 'new' that doesn't mean the components are good.

If you can, take it back to where you bought it from and get it fixed.

I'd suggest first though: go to the top of the steam library window, click HELP > SYSTEM INFORMATION, and paste the ENTIRE list here.

95 is pretty high, do you have a cooling pad or some better air flow, a fan... anything?
