Don't buy Halo Infinite Campaign on Steam. Buy it on Microsoft Store because there, its discounted and plus you have to link it to an Xbox/Microsoft account anyways. I bought the Campaign (dlc?) through steam then learned its discounted on microsoft store. So i tried refunding it on steam, steam completely threw my request in the trash because i technically already have 80 hours on the free multiplayer version of Infinite. Steams refund policy is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and aside from that you cant even talk to a real person to explain your side. I should have the right to refund the DLC because I havent touched the "DLC" since my purchase, Thanks steam

Explain the entire issue carefully.
