Amazon Prime Downloads; No Steam Support
So there's no clear-cut way to get through to steam for help, so here I am. I downloaded a bunch of free stuff via my Amazon Prime account (at lease 10 free games) and none of them have shown up, as they said it would, in my Library for download. None of the games I claimed showed up. Now it's possible some expired (I'm new (again) to steam and I just figured out how to get Windows running on my M1 Macbook thru a subscription to Parallels😖, I don't think it's right to have expiry dates on downloads, especially if it's from somewhere you're paying to be a member of i.e. Prime) like Atom Eve, which says it's available for download, as well as: (don't judge me lol if it's free, I download it, try it, then uninstall if it's not for me)
**Deathloop** This I just added TODAY and is not showing up.
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty (DLC)
Ghost Pilots
Kizuna Encounter: Super Tag Battle
Sengoku 2
Mutation Nation
Soccer Brawl
Over Top
The Super Spy
Top Hunter: Roddy and Cathy (sounds dirty)
Super Adventure Hand (I take that back)
Evan's Remains
Behind the Frame: The Finest Scenery
Q.U.B.E: Director's Cut
Centipede: Recharged
Golden Light
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
Invincible Presents: Atom Eve
Rage 2: Deluxe Edition

The only thing in my library is Portal 2 from years and years ago.
Where's my stuff? Is this a "you're runing Windows on a Mac, buddy" thing? Or an expired thing? What about my current download from today that says "open in Windows Steam"? Sorry, but I'm not buying a Windows computer to save my life, let alone for a game.
Halp!

Are you sure that these are Steam keys?

Also, check your license list: https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/
This is NOT filtered by system compatibility.

If the game is there, but not in your library, you either have your library display set to filter them out (like, for example, only showing playable games -- which excludes games that are not installed), or the library filters incompatible games automatically. I don't know about the latter.
Just start typing a game name into the search box; searching ignores filters, although it might still ignore incompatible games automatically...

Also, you wouldn't be the first person dealing with multiple accounts.

You need to look at the small symbol on the picture in the lower right corner of Amazon Prime games.

99% of free Prime games are either:
A: for their own Amazon Games client (crown symbol)
B: for the EPIC STORE client (EPIC symbol)
C: for GOG (GOG symbol)

None of them are for Steam. They stopped ages ago giving out Steam games.
When the games say " will show up in your library" they mean your Amazon Games library.
You need to install the Amazon Games client and login with your Amazon account that redeemed the games, then they will show up in the client library to download/play.

Most if not all of those were not for Steam. A lot of them are for the Amazon Games App.

Deathloop was for Epic game
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic - Amazon Games App.
Q.U.B.E: Director's Cut - Amazon Games App.
Behind the Frame: The Finest Scenery - Amazon Games App.

Those are just the few that i checked.

I been subscribe to Amazon prime for more then a year and none of the game they gave where meant to be redeemed on steam.

The Amazon website where you claim the game also specify for which client the games are for if they're not meant for amazon own game launcher.
