Also, check your license list: https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/
This is NOT filtered by system compatibility.
If the game is there, but not in your library, you either have your library display set to filter them out (like, for example, only showing playable games -- which excludes games that are not installed), or the library filters incompatible games automatically. I don't know about the latter.
Just start typing a game name into the search box; searching ignores filters, although it might still ignore incompatible games automatically...
Also, you wouldn't be the first person dealing with multiple accounts.
99% of free Prime games are either:
A: for their own Amazon Games client (crown symbol)
B: for the EPIC STORE client (EPIC symbol)
C: for GOG (GOG symbol)
None of them are for Steam. They stopped ages ago giving out Steam games.
When the games say " will show up in your library" they mean your Amazon Games library.
You need to install the Amazon Games client and login with your Amazon account that redeemed the games, then they will show up in the client library to download/play.
Deathloop was for Epic game
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic - Amazon Games App.
Q.U.B.E: Director's Cut - Amazon Games App.
Behind the Frame: The Finest Scenery - Amazon Games App.
Those are just the few that i checked.
The Amazon website where you claim the game also specify for which client the games are for if they're not meant for amazon own game launcher.
