Steam game desktop icons missing after upgrading drive (Windows 10)
I recently upgraded my OS Drive and moved my Steam installation to the new drive along with all my apps. All the desktop icons have disappeared and there's seemingly no way to get them back.

I've tried the following

Verify Integrity of Game Files
Check .url file association (is the correct one)
Deleting and recreating the shortcut (doesn't bring back the icon)
Manually replacing it (Some games change it back and its not really a solution to the underlying issue)
Deleting icon & thumbnail cache on Windows
Restarting explorer.exe

None have worked so far, the icons themselves also are all missing from my steam/games folder and steam isn't reacquiring them. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
