Family Sharing Glitch

So a friend recently revoked my access to their steam library game share. Ever since, whenever I play a personal game that I own, Steam continuously spams the notification saying "Hey, 'Friend' needs this shared game back! You have 71582788...". The game I am playing is something that my friend doesn't even own so I don't understand why this message is popping up in the first place and it is driving me crazy. Someone please help
