How to disable QUIC for Steam?
The client do not let me login since one of the recent updates.

How do you know QUIC is the culprit?

QUIC is censored here and I found similar issues reports which are solved using system-wide VPN connections. I would like to avoid that route, since Steam do not like that.

QUIC censored in Russia. Some lame ISPs like dom.ru block connection to steam servers.
