What is error D3D11?

yesterday my friend bought a game called one piece borning blood, but when i instaled the game this just do not open and appear a mensage called D3D11, and my computer have the recommended requirements, can anyone say for me what i can do for resolve this problem?

You do not have a dedicated GPU , just a integrated graphic chip on the CPU which is FAR below the minimum requirements for that game.
Your graphic chip is DirectX 9 and does not support DirectX 11.
So you cant play that game with your system.
Your CPU is also below minimum but that is not as big a problem the missing DirectX 11 GPU is.

That depends on psu you have, how big your case to fitting a gpu, and your budget someone could suggest which one to go for.

Sure but keep in mind that your system is not the newest one overall.
So if you want to buy a card i recommend getting a older used one.
Something like a GTX 960/70 or so which is also the recommended GPU for the game you want to play.
You can get them for like 50-60 bucks on EBAY most of the time.

I think CPU should be fine.
The i5-2400 is old but so is the minimum recommended i3-4170.
In direct comparsion they are about the same in raw power, the i5 better in some things, the i3 in others.

A nVidia GTX 1060 6GB or a GTX 1660 (which is still available) should be fine for this kind of system. I paired it with a i7-2600K back then.

However, this isn't a future-proof setup and doesn't support Win11. You will need a newer system by 2025 (Win10 EOL date).
