i got this error when i tried to update cities skylines 2 but i downloaded the game ON an NTFS drive please help

If the drive the game is installed on does not contain enough free space to apply the update, it uses library folders on other drives. If those use FAT32 (WHY?) then they are not suited for such updates and the update fails.

This appears to usually be a problem with a factory-formatted drive using a custom sector size. I.e., even if you're sure that the drive is in fact NTFS you may need to reformat it using standard parameters. This would of course clean out the current contents.
