Weird error code, google have no result.

I got this error code -118, it says "Failed to load web page, Unknown error" when trying to access store. I've been suffered from this for a long time. I've tried to delete temp file, reinstall, using google DNS but got no result. Please help.

or somehow you dont get the pop up window maybe.

if you know what this is the say so, i just assume its the terms of steam Eula or things like that.

Hmmm, maybe its because of my internet. When i used the same internet (wifi) on my phone, steam mobile app got the same prob. When i switch to cellular everything back to normal.
