Anyway, you probably need a beefier CPU, one that can handle multiple processes better. Depending on the game a faster video card might help, but only a little.
You should also read your internet bill to confirm the speed you are BUYING, and then confirm it through a network speed test(such as speedtest.net). I found out my old router was capping me at 40MB even after the cable company set my service to 300MB(And my coax connectors in the walls had all kinds of wall noise that was corrected but I never noticed until after they cleaned it up).
What were you using to stream?
Has issue started happening when update GPU driver by chance?
Are using wifi, or wired for internet connection to your modem?
Are you using router that connected to modem?
Do you have good stable internet connection?
