Steam Support is closing my Tickets
Hi, got game The Day Before yesterday. Didn't even launch it for a minute. I requested a game refund for my Steam Wallet. Steam closed my ticket. Did it 2nd, 3rd time - they closed it in 1min. I wrote an email to steam - told me to create support ticket. I did it, it got closed in few min. No answers, nothing. I checked if I got community ban or something - nothing. Anybody has same issue?

Support ALWAYS will give a reason when they close the ticket.
So unless your omitting that, then that means someone else has access to your account and is closing those tickets.

If your tickets are closing by themselves then your account is compromised and scammers idle-sitting are bot-closing them. You have some truly terrible scam sites in your name history so it's of no wonder.

Do the steps here to secure your account and kick the hijackers out:-

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

and then submit a new ticket and it should stick.

Have NO IDEA how! I do have steam guard. I have strong password. My acc is pretty expensive in stuff, I am wondering what smb was trying to do, and what business was he doin. Just closing my supp tickets? lol

SteamGuard and a strong password won't help you if you leak your credentials on a phishing website.
At one point they'd have contacted you with someone nonsense and gotten you to trade your stuff, only to cancel the trade and re-create it with a new target when you get your phone to confirm the trade.

You gave away your credentials to a string of scam sites previous which included the old guard codes and/or you accepted a login to a fake site after having your credentials phished. Either way you've been very fortunate to find out you were hijacked this way than rather seeing your inventory rinsed.

Steam Guard is just an extra security layer - it does not magically prevent you from being compromised so stop using those 3rd party sites because once your credentials are captured then your account can be hijacked without your knowledge.
