Steam Deck and VR

Hi, I know this might be a dumb question, but with the Steam wireless VR update, if I wanted to, could I play some VR game on the Steam Deck?

Just need duct tape that all, strap it to your head, and vr away, but no.

Seriously you won't be able to play VR games on deck, because deck is not a vr, it just a portable PC, you be lacking things VR headsets has so wouldn't make a lot of sense to try play VR games on deck. If the game support non vr mode then yes can play it on deck, but if not then it's a no go, as you be limited, may not be able to anything because again lacking the things VR headsets has.

Now if you're asking if you can play VR from your deck that make sense as you're connecting your VR to your deck, but don't expect good performance it's not that powerful of a system, and steaming it be more taxing on hardware.

No problem, for VR games it's best to get laptop, or desktop that has a good GPU with CPU to do the rendering, and streaming, as VR games can be very taxing as you're playing upto 4k basically, or higher depending on settings, and resolution it beind rendering at.
