My wishlist has become empty

is there anyway to recover it or do i just have to go and re-add everything?

Hm. Tried googling some more stuff and found another post that says to go to Steam -> Settings-> Web Browser-> Click on Delete Web Browser Cache.

edit: seems to have moved to 'In Game' tab.
