계정을 해킹당했을 때

12월 2일 친구들과 PC방에서 스팀게임을 잠깐 한 후, 그 후 12월 5일 19:30분에 갑자기 이메일로
장터에 아이템이 등록되었다며 안내이메일이 왔습니다. 전 확인을 12월 7일 20시 정도에 했구요.
다행히 비밀번호나 이메일은 변경되지 않았기에 바로 변경하였습니다.
다만 보관함에 있던 카드들을 판매하여 $330정도 피해를 본 상황입니다.
솔직히 돌려받았으면 좋겠지만 그건 불가능할 것 같아서 고객센터나 인터넷에 어떻게 하면 될지 찾아보고 있지만 딱히 좋은 예나 고객센터의 문의가 보이지 않아서 문의드립니다.

Take the following steps to secure your account:

2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
