What you see is not an error code. Its a security function that probably wont save you, because as in this case, you get asked to allow something you want to run.
You either click yes, and use the programm,
or
you click no, and the programm doesnt run.
So you always need to know what you run anyway.
This is not a recommendation to change anything, its to let you know you should read about what uac does, and what your task and responsibility is. And what are its weaknesses.
I know what uac is but i dont want to turn it off.
its just in the past i never got that message when opening steam so i was thinking that i must of enabled a setting that was triggering this message
