Eyeballing the Football manager 2024 specs, and doing some rough compares of the hardware, he should be above the minimums. I mean I don't disagree try other games or less demanding games, it's good trouble shooting. But while the Chromebook in question is extremely low end, it may not matter because the minimum requirements of the game are even lower.
However other issues relating to compatibility may be the issue rather than it being a pure hardware not good enough issue.
OP is a novice and they've given themselves a multiple-pronged issue to try and resolve and aren't very willing to dot the i's and cross the t's. Like a lot of users they seem to be hoping someone has a magic wand to wave and fix their issue.
