Password not working, can't login or open a ticket
I can't log into Steam Mobile or my new Steam Deck with my normal steam password. I've reset the password several times; but every time, it still won't login to the mobile app or the steam deck, even though the website and Steam Client on desktop both work fine. I just get told there is an 'error'.

I can't see any way to fix this OR even a way of opening a ticket for Valve to help. Can someone advise on either this issue or how to open a ticket?

Wait 10 to 15 minute after you change pw, reboot pc or restart client and wait for steam server to update.

its account login not alias nickname andf new pw. ( just make sure you dont think its whatever nickname you could have change it to.

I solved this in a surreal roundabout way, maybe helpful if someone else has issues?

Steam Mobile wouldn't log in so I installed it on another phone and it worked;

Still couldn't log into the deck from the other phone app though, so I installed it on my main phone using the QR code on the other phone and it logged in...

And for some reason, I could log into the deck now from my main phone.

All quite bizarre.
