Unstable Ethernet Download Speed
I have a 10m flat cable cat6 connected to a laptop and a 1GB internet plan. My download speed is very unstable , i even have a 0 MB drop.and fluctuates between 15MB and 60-70 MB .

Does someone know what can i do to fix it?

Your download speeds are generally limited by

1) your cpu
2) your disk IO
3) your anti-virus
4) your ISp
