Can you purchase Steam Digital Gift Cards with your Steam Wallet Balance?
Can you purchase Steam Digital Gift Cards with your Steam Wallet Balance? I would like to use my balance to send to my friend as a birthday gift. I was wondering if I can use my existing balance or I have to use paypal/cc to send a friend a card.
