I LOST BOTH EMAIL AND THE PHONE NUMBER OF MY ACCOUNT. THEN STEAM SUDDENLY ENABLES ITS STEAM GUARD, NOW I CANT LOG IN TO OTHER DEVICES WITHOUT THE CONFIRMATION CODE, IDK WTF TO DO NOW.
The account's probably 8-9 years old now. Back then, steam doesn't care what email you put on your account. So my stupid ass kid brain puts a non-existing email while making the account. Now, i cant get any verification code.

Take the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked/hacked account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked.

The recovery process allows you to provide proof of ownership. Do you have any proof of ownership?

My guess is: Unlikely. Where would Steam send the usual stuff when there is no email?

So, it's actual paper receipts or bust.
I haven't bought anything using that account. so no receipts
If there's nothing on it, just make a new one. And whatever you are losing in the process, consider it the price of the lesson you (hopefully) learned.

It might be relevant. If they (correctly) identify OP as a smurf on his next account, it will get banned.

Did you add money to your Steam Wallet using Steam Gift Cards?
I have an idea. I still have the account logged in to my pc. If I can make a top up with a wallet code and save the receipt. Will it work?
Usually Valve will require proof of ownership from the beginning of the account creation, not one made five minutes before the ticket creation. Otherwise account hijackers could use that to take over an account completely.
