What is your birthday?????

No I don't want to know what anybody's birthday is but instead I was wondering if there is a setting or something that can permanently set my birthday for my account so Steam will stop asking me what my birthday is every single time I click on a game that's not made for children.

Valve doesn't want to know what your birthday is. The age gates were implemented to protect Valve from litigation should someone who is underage happens to see something they aren't supposed to. If you're old enough, why would Valve care what date you put in? There are many of us with January 1 birthdates.
