Account EA and Steam

Hi I have a problem with my account steam connected with a unknown Account Ea, I contact both the assistances and no one can tell me how to disconnect this two without give the unknown account’s email
Someoca help me?

Only EA support can assist with EA account related issues.

Still, EA Support is the only place that can deal with EA account related issues. Keep talking with them.

I try but they tell me they need the mail to check and I don’t have it I only have the name account

All linking, unlinking is done on EA's end.

The way account linking works is that the other company (EA in our case) puts the ID/link/whatever of your Steam profile into their database. Thus, they can simply look up which EA account is linked to a specific Steam account.

Your options to deal with this are limited, and Steam never received information about your EA account. The obvious idea would be to go to the EA website and perform a login using the Steam account -- unfortunately, doing so will send a verification mail to the mail address registered to that account, and the EA page only reveals a partial address (i.e. lots of letters are masked).

Still, in order for you to link your Steam account, you must have been able to use that EA account. Maybe even the masked address will juggle your memory? Or maybe the EMail will just arrive.

Ye I know it but I can’t enter in it, EA must send me a security code to this mail, but I don’t know the password to enter on it

Ea have to sent a secure code to this email to verify the account, but I have the email but I don’t now the password to enter in this emai

Then you will have to contact support of the mail provider to regain access to that one.

Also, EA should have a support procedure to recover accounts where the access to the EMail is no longer possible. Initially, he said he doesn't know the EMail -- now he does.
