i have the game but didn't play for a year and need the game backup to download.
i traveled away from my desktop pc.
free unlimited wifi here but limited at home.

Why don't you copy the game you have, update it using the free wifi and then copy it back to your desktop?
Do you really think someone would upload a 100GB game for you? Not to mention that this is a legally iffy area.

if u read what i said i traveled away from my desktop computer.

i have limited 300 gb/month at home.
where i'm now i have unlimited internet but the only device i have is my mobile.

i ask if someone have free time good pc and internet can upload backup for me.

Try running SteamCMD on your mobile device. Then you could download it yourself.

i need a guide to how to do it, all the videos on youtube on SteamCMD are on windows not on phones
