Missing Customization Menu

I am trying to use a startup movie I just got but I do not have the drop down in settings for the customization menu. Where do I equip the movie?

In the Big Picture mode settings or in the Steam Deck settings.

Open Big Picture Mode.

Click on Steam/Menu in the bottom left corner.

Select Settings.

Select Customization and change it.

I tried getting into big picture mode, and I still don’t see a customization option. Not sure if that’s just an issue on my end, or if there’s something genuinely wrong with steam right now. I’ve left the tab so many times just to reset it.

Under Keyboard in the second set of options. Above Friends & Chat that is in the third set of options.
