Recursive TSW 4 download

Hi.
I'm downloading Train Sim World 4 and having the following issue: when D/L is finished it checks the files but after checking it goes back to D/L for "resuming the download". If I press "Resume" it "ends" D/L "Once again" and starts checking downloads files and then sends me bask again in "resume download" in an endless. Loop. Here is a 55Mb/sec fttc and is a lot painful. Should not be a Parallels issue as I've dowloaded and I'm playing with Rush Rally, TSW 2020 and TSW 3 with no issues.
Any idea why this happens? (Win 11 ARM Windows on Parallels).

Generally this is your anti virus killing the download

Also being on an unsupported virtualized platform isn’t helping
