Scrap.tf games
Hi!
I would like to know how the option to buy/trade games in Scrap.tf works

Because I don't know if when I buy/exchange it they will give it to me like when a friend gives you a game or if it will just appear in my game library

The former. The latter is not possible unless you give them your account, which i do not recommend.
