Report a translation problem
2. Any email from steam support confirming a purchase of a game or perhaps an in-game item.
3. Reveal to them the first email address your account used(the one used when you made the account)
4. Any CD activation keys from the physical box, humble, gog, etc?
Don't reveal ANY of this here or to anyone else and certainly not before they ask for any of these specifically.

if you did create the account, then you need to work with steam support. if they ask you for something you cannot provide, simply ask if there is something else you can use as proof.
Account Recovery
Make sure you are completely logged out of Steam before you start the recovery process

When doing an account recovery, do not try to rush thru the process. Trying to rush thru normally results in information being missed and time wasted. Take your time and read everything.

if you are repeatedly recovering an account, they can refuse to restore it.
