Not able to Purchase Anything
I'm trying to buy a game but when I push "purchase for myself" none of the paying information pops up and I just get the bottom navigation bar for steam. I'm not using any VPN or stuff similar to that. I've tried restarting steam, my computer and logging in and out of my account. this is the second day that I'm having this problem. I've talked to other people and they don't seem to be having the same problem and yes I do actually have a game in my cart.
Hopefully I've described my problem well enough.

Do you use Family View at all? Some have had checkout issues with that turned on lately.

yes I do, but you can only access the store with family view being unlocked and that's how I've got it set currently.

The only known workaround for now is to disable it completely and restart your Steam client. After you're done making your purchases, you can re-enable it. Hopefully they'll have it fixed soon.

Dozens of users for the past couple weeks have had issues with Family View screwing up the checkout.

turns out it just doesn't work on the app, it works if I do it in the browser
