Gift Cards for Turkey and Argentina Region

Hello.
I was wondering, now that Turkey and Argentina have converted to USD, is it possible to use Global and US steam gift cards in these regions?

No. Those limitations are still in place due to their still very volatile currencies.

Thank you both. I've read this recent Reddit post but I'm not sure if it actually works. The only way to be sure is to buy one and test it but don't want to waste money if it doesn't work.

And yes ALL USD cards will work in the LATAM region...

How will retail Wallet Codes be affected by this change? For example, will it be possible to redeem USD wallet codes?

MENA - USD and LATAM - USD countries/regions will be able to redeem USD wallet codes after November 20th. In addition, Turkish lira and Argentine Pesos Steam wallet codes will automatically convert to USD based on the daily exchange rate when redeemed on Steam after November 20th.

yes, since turkey is in the mena region and uses USD as its currency.

Any region that has USD as their store currency can redeem USD based gift cards.

As Turkey and Argentina are set to USD for Steam a physical gift card with USD on it will work for those regions.
