What the Hell? Downloaded this game yesterday 21:00 download took time approx 1hour. After installation tried to play game. Game crasher after 1 min at lobby. Updated everything, still wont work. After 30 min, want refund. They dont refund couse i have played game over 2 hours? Shows that i have played 22h. More like. 30 minutes. What should i do? Steam wont read messages for the reason. Just automatic decline.

You should make a manual ticket.

Choose "I still have a question..."

Explain the entire issue carefully. That you played WZ.

And don't play Warzone 2 or DMZ until you get a reply because it will keep counting that playtime as well.

the new ''call of duty hq'' shows total playtime, that includes mw2 and warzone.

I refunded mw3 after playing for ''call of duty hq'' wich for me was mw2 of 350+ hours and the refund got accepted on the first try

The joy of Activision screwing their customers by selling games as DLCs for a free to play game, so the playtime of the free to play game since purchase of the DLC counts towards the refund requirements.

And yet, people still buy their games.

Computers don't play well with champagne, try playing the campaign.
