MENA prices are a recommendation by Valve. Game studios may or may not follow those recommendation, it is entirely possible for a studio not to do so. It is also possible that a studio set a $ price before MENA prices became a thing and you kinda-sorta inherited this price.
Since game studios are the ones to set the prices (Valve's recommendations are recommendations, not obligations), you have to ask there whether a price adjustment will happen.
I knew that but the problem is almost all of them are in US prices. It wasn't that way when our currency was in Turkish Liras.
Thanks guys for the replies
Reach out to them to adjust the pricing.
We, people who needs this change, should start a movement I guess. Awareness is important. However, I doubt big AAA companies would change anything.
So, it no longer made sense to support that currency.
The only way to fix it is to fix the economy of your country, which would require electing someone else as the leader.
What you really need an awareness of is that your government burns the country down. For reasons I can't fathom, years of economic decline in Turkey lead to Turkish people elect the same government that's already been burning the country down.
I suggest you spread awareness of that, of the need to get rid of bad government. That's what'll solve your issues. Not only those with videogames, a better government will improve food prices, employment rates, whatnot, additionally to videogame prices
Dude, chill. What I meant by awareness is developers learning about our financial condition.
It is our government and it is our politics. No matter what I support an outsider should stay the hell out of it. I don't wanna get into politics so please, let's end this discussion here. Ok?
