Account hacked and unable to do Steam Account Recovery tutorial

My account lilsadgexo was breached and hacked by someone, and they ultimately attached a phone number, changed the username, and changed the email. Anytime I try using Steam Account Recovery, it just asks for the username/email of the breached Steam account, but obviously it doesn't detect it because everything was changed to something else.
I'm using the same PC and IP from when I first created the account to prove that I am in fact the actual owner, but I have no way of getting the account back and I need help badly.

Account names cannot be changed, only profile names can be.

You must be logged out of all accounts to start the account recovery process.

You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked/hacked account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked.

The account name was lilsadgexo, I have emails to attest to this. To this day, if I input the account name lilsadgexo to any of the account recovery tutorial options, it comes up with nothing. The account name and the email I used for the account are non-existent to Steam.
I did the unlock-code thing, but everything is useless since Steam doesn't detect any account using the username lilsadgexo, or connecting any acocunts with my email. I have the unlock code, but I can't do anything with it. It said they emailed me a tutorial of how to fully recover my account, but it probably emailed the hacker's email account and not mine. I haven't gotten anything, and it's been like 2 hours since I tried.
I did all of this whilst logged out btw, I'm just logged in to respond to thsi thread.
