Want to re-install Win 10, Have some questions about downloading games.
Hi,
I want to re-install my Windows, do I need to re-download all my games again? I have installed my Steam app in another drive and also I don't download my games in my Windows drive so they won't be deleted with a fresh Windows install. Is there anything I should do beforehand? Any help would be appreciated.

I already saw a discussion about this but it was from 2016 so i need an updated version.

If you have the game data on disk it should be recoverable. Steam can see pre-existing game data and will skip downloading when you manage that correctly.

So all I need to do is to open steam after re-installing Windows and that would do it?

You will need to reinstall Steam on your data drive...so Windows can create the necessary Registry entries...then you can launch Steam...it should pick right up. This assumes that your Steam and game files are on your data drive and not your system drive (i.e., your Windows drive).
