But of course you are getting micro stutters.
My advice is.
1) If you have bad airflow in your PC, do things like re-pasting, opening your side panel, or simply cleaning your PC.
2) Limit your CPU usage via Power Plan.
- Go onto Control Panel
- Set "View By" to "Small Icons"
- Open "Power Options"
- Click on "Create a power plan".
- Set it to "High Performance".
- Click "Next" and then "Create".
- Then go to "Change Plan Settings". Then click "Change advanced power settings".
- Scroll until you see "PCI Express".
- Change the setting to "Moderate power savings".
- Then go to "Processor power management".
- Change minimum to 80%, and maximum to 90% or even 98%.
- Click "Apply" then "OK".
Let me know if that works!
