You could ask the store where you bought the game. As that is not Steam, they can not refund anything as they weren't involved in the purchase.

why would they give you back money for a game that you got from other store ?

You can only refund games purchased through the Steam Store. For refunds on games purchased externally, you will have to consult the retailer but the overwhelming majority will not refund after a key has been consumed.

Stores where I've spotted a refund policy (I don't generally care) only let you refund until you have "revealed" the key.
