didn't receive any "Steam Awards Nomination Committee 2023" badge..?

on january 2nd 10am pacific time did the "Steam Awards Nomination" for 2023 end and i'm still sitting here and waiting to receive my level 1 "Steam Awards Nomination Committee 2023" badge, since i have played rdr2 during this event which was one of the games i nominated.

what have i done wrong that i didn't receive this badge?

The Nomination badge was part of the November Autumn sale, not the Winter sale in December.

The Nomination badge was part of the November Autumn sale, not the Winter sale in December.

Because it ended over a month ago.

It's no longer added retroactively.

The Nomination event AND Nomination Committee badge was in November, not during the Winter sale that just ended.

I have the Nomination Committee badge from November 21, 2023.

Nominate a game in each category by visiting the Steam Awards Nomination page (via the Steam homepage) once the sale starts or via the event post from developers of the titles you like. Participating events can be found on the library details page for a specific game.

You can even earn a badge for participating in the Steam Awards: nominate at least one game, nominate a game in each category, play a game you've nominated, and/or review (or update a review for) a game you've nominated. Complete all tasks to earn 100 profile XP.

Like Hotsauce said, the nomination badge ended in november. Then u could put your nominees in all the categories (and indeed needed to play one of them for the 100% badge). During Winter sale u could vote for the winner chosen out of the most nominated games in each category. No badge to earn with that, for each category u voted during the sale it was an animated sticker u received.

Voting on the finalists during the Winter sale gave you stickers per vote and NOTHING else...

Do I get anything for voting?

Yes, in addition to the warm fuzzy feeling you get from helping shine a light on some of the amazing games of the year, each category you vote on will also grant you a special Steam Awards sticker.
