Keyboard shortcuts for Steam Client / accessibility

I'm struggling to find a resource of keyboard shortcuts for the Steam Client, I'd like to be able to navigate around the client and at least get to my library, pick a title and launch it through the keyboard. Any advice that doesn't involve shortcuts outside of steam?

Not really. Create start menu shortcuts & use those.

Big Picture mode can be keyboard driven (nearly totally), so could use that if it suits you.
Keyboard shortcut to switch into Big Picture mode was removed (don't think it came back as something else), so could set Steam to start in BP mode if wanted.

Some commands:
Steam Menu = Ctrl + 1
Quick Access Menu = Ctrl + 2 (might just be a Steam client beta issue but I found it best to close this with Escape and not Ctrl+2)

L1/R1 = Ctrl + 4/5

(A) = Enter (Spacebar for the buttons 'View Store Page' & 'View Support Page' for the soundtracks...)
(B) = Escape
(X) = Ctrl + Backspace
(Y) = Ctrl + 8
(≡) = Ctrl + 0
