can't buy Portal 1 and 2 bundle

when i put them in cart it says "Already in your cart:1" so i remove all items then put the bundle back in but it still doesn't let me pay. i put them in seperately and it lets me check out but the discount for the bundle is gone. i check my library if i already have one of the games but i dont.

Even Valve can't get it right when they set up the rules themselves...

I'm having the same issue, if I put portal 2 and portal 1 in my cart seperately it wont let me purchase, I can't purchase them together but I can purchase them one at a time. Can't get them both for <10$ like the bundle is saying they cost BUT you can get them both for like, 12 after tax instead of 20
