The same strange duplicated emoticon glitch again!
After I have created a badge minutes ago, I had that weird glitch again where you get the same emoticon twice. Very similar to the one with the beach balls. What is ging on with Steam lately!?

Badge-emoticons are random.

All drops are randomized and duplicates will happen.

It's not a glitch.

Ok, I've never had that in 11 years. I only created 2 badges and got the rabbit twice. Perfect.
