bought game for friend. i oged into his account and bought it and it charged my card but he didnbt get it how do i get my money back or get him the game

Check your transaction history

Pending = Hold placed on funds by your bank, no money was sent to Valve yet.

If it fails your bank will release the hold back to you
If it's successful, money gets sent to Valve and your friend gets game.

You should not be on your friends account.
You use your own account and buy it as a gift for your friend.

Wouldn't be surprised if the account(s) get flagged for suspicious activity.
