Any games that are like "last seen online"?

For those that don't know. "Last seen online" by qwook is an itch.io game that is a psychological horror where you snoop on an abandoned computer that was owned by somebody else in the past. It has a very nostalgic feel and yet makes you feel uneasy, considering you are going through someone elses files, messages and such to uncover a mystery.


SPOILER ALERT! The plot of the game
basically you snoop around an old computer you found at a garage sale or something, it turns out to be a computer from some girl, you snoop around the files to figure out what the heck happened, find texts, and you end up uncovering a mystery where in this game called OtherWorld, theres a ritual, and the girl did the ritual in hopes of escaping her abusive mother and "from this world". In a nutshell, the ritual turns you into an NPC in the game. Its supposed to also make you immortal, but it basically dooms you to eternally becoming data. When OtherWorld died from inactivity like all games do, all the people who had done the ritual suffered for a long, long time. The girl was actually relieved to have you here, and considering the player does the ritual, she expects the player to become her NPC friend. As it turns out however, while she was explaining her backstory, and while her back-then-crush (who was texting her once every year in hopes that she would return) talks about how hes going to move on, and that he has to deal with the fact that she is not coming back, the ingame task manager opens up and shows that OtherWorld is about to crash the computer. The girl, in desperation, ends up spamming a bunch of windows spamming "NO NO NO NO" and the computer crashes.

It was a great game imo, it felt uneasy and dreadful, and at the end it felt sad with a tinge of uneasiness as you don't know what to expect next.

I am wondering though, are there anymore games like this? (preferably without cheap jumpscares, but they're fine if theres no other option)
It can be on steam or off steam, it doesn't matter.

There's the snoop through the phone genre, like Simulcra, Doctor Who The Lonely Assassin etc...

One where you go through a mix of video tapes and files is Her Story.
