My Steam Games causes entire laptop to freeze

Been playing Games like Deep Rock, Hollow Knight and Limbus Company.
After about 30 minutes to 1 hour, the entire laptop just freezes. Can't do CTRL+ALT+DEL to fix, I have to forcefully shut down my laptop with the power button to play again.

If I try to play any steam game again after starting up, the above happens again in not even 2 minutes. Been happening for close to 2-3 weeks now, any help would be appreciated! (If you need any specifics like RAM or what laptop I'm using I can answer.)

(Currently have tried Clearing Cache, Running as Administrator and still, all the above happen.)

Probably your laptop components are overheating. What are the specs of this laptop and how old is it? You could monitor temperatures with HWinfo.

It's a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 16IAH7, it's about 8-9 months old
Specs below,
CPU : 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12650H
Video Card/Graphics Card : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU
RAM : 24GB Ram

Will check the temperatures with HWinfo.

Edit Update : Laptop still crashed despite temperatures being at 48%-52%

You mean 48-52°Celsius? I think you're looking at fan speed or hardware usage %?

Yeah, I meant 48-52 degree Celsius. It's crashed much lesser since the monitoring of the temperatures, big thanks for the suggestion for that.
