Street Fighter 6 - Game won't start, grey screen, game launch failure

I dusted my computer this morning with a can of compressed air. I turned my PC back on and tried booting SF6, but the game starts with a full grey screen and doesn't launch. When I force it to close, and re-open Steam I find the game is "Stopping" indefinitely. If I click on my desktop icon I get a message "Failed to launch app: game running."

Does anyone have any tips to resolve this? I've restarted my pc, turned it off and back on again and still get the same results. Thanks in advance.
