Fix Steam Screenshots Cloud icon please!

UPDATE - 01/01/2024: The original post has been locked for no reason, since the issue is still present and it hasn't been long since people commented on it

7 years ago I reported this bug (yes, it's been so long now) so can we wish for 2024 to have this fixed once and for all?

I honestly thought I could have a reply this was at least known and planned to be fixed before another year passed.

Actually, the situation is that:

+ Screenshots are normally uploaded on the Cloud

BUT:

- The icon representing them on the steam uploader window, namely the "little white cloud icon" at the bottom left of every single thumbnail preview, is NOT working as intended.

It shows up instantly when you upload a screen, but if you quit Steam and re-login, It doesn't shows up anymore.

That means that we (users) have no chance to figure out, automatically (so by not checking our profile screenshot section), how many of the screenshots from a game have been uploaded on the Cloud or not.

It's literally the 3th/4th post in a row in which I report this bug.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE fix this issue as soon as possible.
I would like to see it fixed sooner or later in the upcoming steam changelog.

Hoping this won't go submerged and forgotten like other posts on the matter,

P.S: Two months ago, I also sent an extremely detailed description of it using the Steam Support process, but even though a technician has taken over the reporting, nothing has changed.




UPDATE - 21/03/2023: Now we can't even remove the old screenshots uploaded to the cloud (despite already being deleted from there), because they still shows up in there and we can't reupload them anymore.

UPDATE - 16/06/2023: The new Steam client is out and this issue hasn't been fixed yet!!

There's no need to open a new topic regarding same problem. Your previous post was already locked and you open a new one with same story. This won't solve your bug...
