Noise in my PC

Hello, I recently bought a computer, about a month ago. Normally, the CPU doesn't exceed 60º even with very powerful games, but I've noticed that sometimes the fan accelerates a lot without reason and makes quite a bit of noise. It only happens occasionally, like during cinematics or similar things.

The noise is more frequent in some games than others, of course, and I would like to know if this is normal or common since I don't know much about computers. I have also tried modifying the fan curve in the BIOS, but I haven't solved the problem.

I don't know if it could be fixed by changing the fan or adding more, I have no idea... I would really appreciate it if someone could comment on this because it bothers me a lot, especially considering that the computer is new.

If it's doing it for specific causes and not doing it for very long or all the time then don't worry about it.

One thing you can do is switch on Steam's FPS counter (Steam Settings - In Game) and see what happens to the FPS when the fans speed up.

Some fans, lol, I have a fan that is rated 1200RPM but that is just too fast for a cheap case fan. Undervolting the fan and running towards 800RPM makes them more silent. Quality fans are better - Noctua. Junk fans are just that, junk - like CoolerMaster.
