Game Countdown Timer - how do I get rid of?

Hi all - I have a game timer pinned in a bad spot when I open Baldurs Gate 3. I added this awhile ago and can't figure out how to undo or where its from. You're supposed to enter hours pr mins in there to track how long you play, like a count down. Then it rings like an alarm clock. Not in specific Game options, is this Steam?

You can close it from the Steam overlay (shift+tab).
