Purchase Pending for several hours with Steam Wallet funds
Hello,

Recently made a purchase for a Valve Index using funds in my Steam Wallet.

However, it told me the purchase was pending, and that it would be processed shortly. From what I've seen, others have had it process in under an hour, but mine is still stuck pending, even hours later.

What should I do? Just wait some more? Contact Steam support?

Hey, I'm having a similar problem, except mine was bought 16 hours ago. Was it a gift, if so did you set a delivery schedule and what time did you set it?
I've already contacted steam support and the answer I received was to wait 24 hours but I really want to gift it before 2024.

It was not a gift, it was a purchase for myself. I did not set a delivery schedule, and I have contacted steam support and am waiting on a reply.
