transaction was pending but was charged so I canceled it
I bought a game but the transaction was pending i thought didn't work so i cancelled but when i opened my e-mail showed that was approved and charged it, what i do?

If you cancel it before the process is done, your money will be back. Give it 2x24 hours.

If they didn't you can always make a manual ticket and ask for a refund. Go here: https://help.steampowered.com/en/ and scroll down, type the game in question, and look for the options for a refund.

And for the next time, don't cancel if it is pending. Winter sale is going on rn and many people are buying games so the server is kind of whacked :nkDaze:
