I have stable internet but the connection in steam keep going ON AND OFF

it is really annoying to the point that I wanna kick my freaking PC -.-

I already did uninstall and install steam and clear download cache.

What makes you think you have stable internet connection?

If it happens frequently enough, open a command prompt and run

ping -t 8.8.8.8

in it. When the problem happens, check for irregularities in the output lines compared to the times when it didn't happen.

internet working fine but this steam keep getting ON AND OFF dota 2 says lost connection to steam but I am watching in netflix internet is fine -.-

and if the internet is the problem I should be experiencing some hiccups loading while using internet browser right? but there are none... continue usage of net browser without hiccups but only in steam it keep getting on and off I already contact steam support because I've already uninstall and install steam and clear download cache thingy. thanks.
